Mrs. Hart and I created a maker space in our school because we believe that kids need to experiment and have hands on activities. They need the freedom to explore and make mistakes, to experience trial and error, to experience trial and success. We want to empower students to become confident creators and tinkerers who can design and collaborate on projects. We are lucky enough to have a whole classroom for our maker space.
